Hubert Riondel – Chief Executive Officer
Ten years ago, Hubert joined Air France as a pilot, after graduating from the Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC). He also studied Management & Innovation strategy at ESCP Europe and developed a deep corporate innovation skillset, before becoming Air France KLM Group Innovation Director in 2016. Today, he continues to fly Boeing 777s, satisfying his passion for air travel and enabling him to keep his finger on the ever-changing pulse of the travel industry.
Alban Sayag – Managing Director
Alban is an entrepreneur with 16 years of experience in the tech and digital field. He has successfully created three startups, including a digital consulting firm acquired by Capgemini and WINGiT, a marketplace dedicated to local travel experiences, which was used by more than 10 million people in 15 countries. He has also had the opportunity to introduce oBike, one of the first dockless bike-sharing startup in Europe, to support startups within Corporate VC, and to manage P&L exceeding €25 million in sales.
Alban Dumouilla – Chief Technology Officer
Alban started his career as a developer in the innovation lab of Indeed.com, the world’s biggest job search engine. In three years, he saw the company grow from 150 to 4,000 employees. Next, he founded a digital art company in San Francisco, before returning to France after five years to become CTO at NUMA, a position he held for almost three years. In addition, he is also the editor of CTO Pizza (http://cto.pizza), a blog and event series for tech leaders, and “3 minutes pour comprendre”, a YouTube channel exploring today’s major challenges.
Leslie Maarek – Business Analyst
Prior to joining Big Blank, Leslie supported the launch of a Rocket Internet startup in France and worked as an M&A analyst at BNP Paribas. She holds a Bachelors of Mathematics from Paris Dauphine University and a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe. She studied in Paris, Madrid, and London, while learning how to code at Le Wagon.
Mehdi Djabri – Chief Product Officer
Mehdi is an entrepreneur and product designer passionate about travel, innovation and design. After he founded soccer social network Jogabo in San Francisco, Mehdi worked with several Silicon Valley companies in the transportation industry including Lyft, Spot Angels (parking assistant), Shone (autonomous ships) and aviation startup Blackbird as Head of Product. He holds a Masters in Management from ESCP Europe.
